Square Enix has announced today that Final Fantasy V is now available for iOS devices. Final Fantasy V takes you on an epic adventure as four heroes driven together by fate: Bartz and his Chocobo® companion, Princess Lenna of Castle Tycoon, the mysterious Galuf, and the pirate captain Faris.
The new mobile version includes the additional Gladiator, Cannoneer, Oracle and Necromancer jobs, as well as the optional boss, Enuo, designed by Tetsuya Nomura. The touch-screen controls and active-time battle system have also been optimized for fluid combat on mobile devices. There will also be plenty of achievements to be earned, along with Game Center support.
Final Fantasy V is available on the iOS Store for $15.99 now, and is compatible with OS 4.3 or later. The game supports English, French, Italian, German, Spanish & Chinese (Simplified & Traditional) languages.
