During the most recent Letter from the Producer LIVE details about the first major patch for Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn were released. Patch 2.1, now titled A Realm Awoken, will be launching on December 17, 2013. A Realm Awoken will introduce a large variety of things including the long anticipated Crystal Tower, PvP, Player Housing, Extreme mode Primals, and more!
