Piggyback, the writers of the Final Fantasy XIII and XIII-2 official guides, are at it again and will be releasing a complete official guide for the upcoming Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII! The guide is set to release on the same day as the game in North America, so maybe it’s a good chance to go get that pre-order in with both the guide and the game!
As-per the Amazon.com listing, the guide will feature a large selection of things – very similar to how the guides for FFXIII and FFXIII-2 were. Carefully designed to avoid spoilers, the guide will help you get every secret, trophy/achievement, and New Game+ unlockable. There will be comprehensive guides to help you get through all the main and side quests, full item and bestiary lists, and overviews of the game’s various systems.
You can pre-order the guide in both Hardcover (PS: Limited, numbered, collector’s edition!) and Paperback (Standard Edition) from Amazon now and will be released on February 11, 2013.
